By Laws of the Board of Managers of "The Free Produce Association of Friends of Philada. Yearly Meeting. Rule 1. Stated meetings of the Boards shall be held at 1/2 hour past 11 [??] on the First Seventh-day in each and every month. 2. The Board shall appoint a Secretary, whose duty it shall be to notify the members of the time and place of holding the meetings, and to keep a regular record of the proceedings and correspondence of the Board. 3. The following standing committees of the Board shall be appointed annually - viz - Committee on Finance, who shall provide ways and means, and certify all Bills before the same are presented to the Board - Committee of Supplies - whose duty it shall be to ascertain where Free Produce is to be obtained and to take measures under the directions of the Board for procuring such articles as may be wanted - Committee on Manufactures - whose duty it shall be to superintend the manufacturing of free products - These Committees shall each consist of at least three members - 4. Special Meetings of the Board may be called by at the request of any three members the Secretary -
